Emergency Policy
***** WE ARE NOT AN EMERGENCY CLINIC *****
We are a full service veterinary clinic that offers
emergency care for our established clients upon availability.
To be considered an established client, we must have seen you and/or examined your pet within the last 14 months.
The emergency service for established clients is for true emergencies and not to ask general questions or make appointments.
We can no longer see other veterinarian’s emergencies.
If you are NOT an established client, please do not call our after hours emergency number as it could delay treatment for your pet.

We, the staff at Canton Veterinary Clinic, will be available on an as needed basis, according to our schedule, for our established clients.

If your pet becomes injured or sick outside our normal business hours, call us immediately. We do reserve our emergency services for our current clients and patients. You’ll be asked to leave a message and your phone number with our answering service, and one of our veterinarians will return your call as soon as possible.
